1. General Provisions

These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between WeDriveSolar and its customers regarding the purchase, installation, and use of charging stations and related services.

2. Products and Services

WeDriveSolar offers various charging station models with different specifications and capabilities. All our charging stations are designed with Vehicle-to-Grid (VtG) technology and can be updated via software to meet future requirements.

3. Installation and Maintenance

Installation of charging stations must be performed by qualified technicians approved by WeDriveSolar. Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure optimal performance and safety.

4. Warranty

WeDriveSolar provides warranty coverage for manufacturing defects in accordance with applicable laws. The specific warranty period depends on the product and is specified in the purchase agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the individual purchase or service agreement. WeDriveSolar reserves the right to adjust prices in accordance with market conditions and inflation.

6. Liability

WeDriveSolar's liability is limited to direct damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. WeDriveSolar is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to consequential damages, lost profits, or missed savings.

7. Privacy

WeDriveSolar processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Statement and applicable privacy laws. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Statement.

8. Applicable Law

All agreements between WeDriveSolar and its customers are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
